Business Development Manager - African Region (FMCG)

Our client, a leading company aimed in FMCG seeks BDM - African Region (FMCG) for their Dubai division.

Responsibilities:

Identifying new sales leads typically within African Region - FMCG.
PR Service delivery knowhow.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Developing quotes and proposals.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
Note: Candidates must possess prior mandatory experience within the African Region - FMCG Sales will be eligible for the role. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role.
Bachelor's in Business Management or relevant field.
Prior FMCG Sales within the African Market.
Consumable stock management.
Motivate the team
Must be a self-starter and independent
Logical thinker and problem solver
Good verbal and written communication skills
