I am managing the search for one of our clients, who is a large business conglomerate that operates across Automotive, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer and Contracting sectors. Business Development Manager will be part of the Fitness department and will focus on creating opportunities in GCC market to grow the artificial Flooring division.

Key requirements:

Solid sales background with outstanding ability to develop and identify key potential targets to maintain alignment with the group growth strategy
Strong networking skills
Ability to deliver high-level customer experience through strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate accordingly with the internal support team
Ensuring contract profitability and covering the different market segments
Coordinating with the Business units specifically with the head of business units to comply with the sales and quality policies and procedures to ensure sales targets achievement and their healthy business close

Experience required:

8+ years of proven sales track record
Previously worked for Sports/Fitness companies
Knowledge of artificial flooring types is a must
Candidate industry to consider – from the B2B industry
Required Educational background – bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Salary AED 20-25k + commission
