About the role

The role is responsible for the growth and development of DMP’s client base in the Middle East starting with the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. You will be the face of the company, you must have high energy, charisma and a very strong appetite for new challenges and wins.

Key Accountabilities

New Business Development
Initiate new customer base
Short term and long-term sales growth
Developing market segment and customer specific growth strategies
Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue and gross margin targets
Prepare and present sales reports to the CEO and COO

Our Ideal Candidate has:

5+ years sales experience in B2B and B2C in UAE or Saudi Arabia.
A proven track record of delivering/exceeding targets
Demonstrable skills in relationship building
Strong salesforce skills
Proven analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Collaborative approach and team player
Excellent time management skills focused on achieving results
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Result-oriented, hands-on, strong minded with a strong sales and marketing background
