About The Role
As an early member, you will play a key role at building and shaping our partnerships. You will be responsible for leading external initiatives and partnerships that contribute to our growth strategy and to support the enablement of Chace’s products.
This role involves working cross-functionally with our product, sales and marketing teams, to successfully establish and execute product and strategic partnerships.
Given that we’re building a modern financial system for businesses in a completely nascent market, you’ll have a greenfield opportunity to solve challenging problems by building complex partnerships in untapped market segments.
What You’ll Do
Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.
Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
Work cross functionally with various teams internally to develop and manage external product and strategic partnerships.
Partner with marketing and design teams to develop co-marketing campaign strategies.
Creating awareness of our brand by positioning us as a thought leader through webinars, conferences and events.
Build out and negotiate commercial propositions for our partners that align with business priorities.
Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Recruit, hire and onboard a local team
Establish KPIs to measure the performance of partnerships that you build out.
You are an ideal fit if..
You have 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management or Consulting, previous market launching experience is preferred.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit - willing to hustle on ground and build the business from the ground upwards
You have exceptional relationship building skills and are a phenomenal communicator.
You are tech savvy and have an entrepreneurial mindset to be able to build out win:win propositions.
You have a proven track record of negotiating complex partnerships deals while working closely with the product development team to execute on deals while satisfying multiple stakeholders & competing timelines.
Analytical background - you can mould and understand data to drive action and results - SQL proficiency is a plus
You have the ability to soak up knowledge and transfer it in a simple and effective way.
You are a strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners.
You’re interested in building financial systems and empowering businesses to get unparalleled control over their finances.
A scrappy and humble mindset. You roll up your sleeves to get deals over the finish line.
