Business Development Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through strategic efforts. You will build key client relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies according to Magnitude goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the company across all services we offer.

· Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on business opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).

· Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

· Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs and grow the company’s client base and lead generation.

· Develop and maintain a high-level strategic relationship with existing and new clients

· Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for Marketing Director.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Magnitude.

· Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

· A proven track record in digital marketing services/products in a B2B environment.

· 7-10 years of experience in a similar field

· Excellent presentation and communication skills via email, telephone and face to face are essential

· Excellent Negotiation Skills

· Proactive, dedicated and self-motivated attitude

· Appears confident and passionate

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
