Position Responsibilities:

The Business Development Leader will be responsible for the full spectrum of business development and market development deliverables by leading and collaborating with integrated functional teams. These deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer Requirements: Identify and validate underserved requirements of existing and potential commercial Aerospace & Defense customers. Quantify market demand and timing while assessing Hafnia Holdings capability to successfully address customers’ needs.
Product & Solution Development: Define, develop, and deploy new products and services, and/or enhancements to existing products, in order to address customer needs by leveraging Hafnia Holdings strengths and competitive advantages.
Business Model Development: Identify, validate, and implement appropriate business models, whether known or novel, to enable the success of new or enhanced Hafnia Holdings products and services to address customer requirements and needs. Develop and lead collaboration with third parties where required to maximize value.
Project Management: Apply project management best practices, tools, and structure to lead integrated teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Sales, and Marketing disciplines, to successfully develop and bring to market new and enhanced products. Apply clear and objective criteria to evaluate and measure new product performance once deployed.
Product Deployment & Market Penetration: Collaborate with Sales teams to secure initial customer commitments to new services and product enhancements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

At least one of the following must apply

An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in technical field such as engineering, mathematics, or aerospace or in a commercially-related field, such as business or economics.
A minimum of 5 years (or more) of successful experience operating in commercial aerospace, such as commercial airlines, MROs, or OEMs.
A minimum of 5 years (or more) of experience leading and project-managing the development and implementation of new commercial aerospace products and/or services solutions, including leading and integrating multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 5 years (or more) of experience in customer-focused business development, commercial strategy, and/or new product and service development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Training in project management and/or program management best practices or equivalent work experience.
Educational background and/or work experience that combines an economic and technical understanding of commercial aerospace, and/or commercial aircraft economics.
Understanding of the current commercial aerospace services market land-scape.
Experience negotiating price, schedule, service levels, and terms with customers, lessors, suppliers, and/or partners.
