BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for an energetic and creative Business Development Manager with experience in the Exhibition and Interior Fit-out fields to join our team. You will serve as the go-between for the client and the company, ensuring effective sales strategy and coordinating the production department.
Your duties include:
- Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending sales meetings, industry trade shows (in DWTC, ADNEC, etc.), and training seminars to gather information, promote products, expand the network of contacts, and increase knowledge of the company.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and setting goals.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities; increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
To qualify, you must have the following:
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager in interior fit-out and exhibition in the UAE;
- Proven sales track record (portfolio to be included);
- Valid UAE driving license (required);
- Experience in customer support is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC interior fit-out and exhibition market;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build rapport;
- Time management and planning skills;
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
