Business Development Manager Healthcare Required in Dubai

Role : Healthcare Business Development Manager (for an Integrative Medical Centre)

Location: Dubai

Role Brief:

Asist the Medical Director in managing the strategic development, growth, retention. Will be responsible for helping build the clinic/health system, customer relationships, systems applications, revenue targets , providing a framework to assist the facility for future growth by helping in planning, implementing, and monitoring the marketing plan. Continuously monitors and assess health system market changes using various resources and using creative thinking skills to collect, update and readily distribute information to internal stakeholder as needed.

Responsibilities:

Identifies key areas of clinical improvement in terms of systems , marketing & outreach
Liaises with medical practitioners and marketing team to ensure clinic services are being adequately promoted
Identifies Medical Director in in setting performance expectations and in monitoring performance against established goals
Identifies opportunities, weaknesses, strengths, writes proposals, coordinates , prepares and delivers webinars & workshops
Arranges, plans, and conducts external customer development and retention meetings.
Promotes enterprise capabilities, company brand and serves as clinic representative.
Provides regular feedback and articulates insights on industry trend
Participates in the development testing, and execution of accreditations/ licensing systems, including education programs, publications, standard and survey process development.
Develop Marketing strategies – liaison between practitioners and marketers (increase online visibility, door to doon marketing , signage etc.)
Feasibility studies & proposals on new services

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree. Preferable master’s in healthcare management with 5+ years of progressive healthcare management experience.
