Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive for one of ipay’s leading companies to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts, maintaining relationships with the new customers to ensure low churn, and driving revenue growth in the telecom sector. This role involves both hunting for new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Acquire new accounts for enterprise fixed services, including landline and internet connectivity.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and meet qualitative targets.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure low churn.
Keeping up to date with the latest product offerings and promotions.
Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints and inquiries.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Achieve monthly targets, exceeding 100% consistently.
Acquire MNP accounts 6k+ MRC.
Reporting on sales activities and providing feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

Great experience in Hospitality, Sales, and CRM.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
Comfortable using technology, including CRM software, for effective sales management.
Languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian.
