Creative Zone Group is growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Executive in our expanding team handling Tax & Accounting services for our valued clients.

This is a unique role that perfectly blends your Sales and Business Development skills with your knowledge of Tax and Accounting.

Whilst the main focus of the role is on Business Development, you should ideally have some knowledge of VAT, Tax and Accounting to be considered for this opportunity.

To join our team you will have / be:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience in a similar role selling accounting or financial services products would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
UAE VAT Knowledge would be advantageous
Experience using CRM systems and accounting software including ZOHO BOOKS will be beneficial.
Excellent spoken English, other languages will be an advantage
Currently based in UAE and available to join as soon as possible

The Business Development Executive for Creative Zone Tax & Accounting is responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients to achieve agreed sales objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering consistently high sales performance to meet weekly and monthly targets
Managing client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate VAT & Financial services & solutions
Contributing to an increase in sales and maintain company-client relationships to a high standard
Managing key accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
Providing excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience
Managing the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times
Displaying (and maintaining) a high level of UAE VAT and Accounting regulation knowledge with customers in order to be seen as 'expert' and a credible source of information and to demonstrate the quality of CZ T&A offer which is not only the packages but also the quality of the process overall
Representing CZ T&A professionally in both client and networking situations
Contributing to the development of marketing materials, promotions and digital content
Attending networking events to promote CZ T&A services
Actively promoting all activities that contribute towards the growth of Creative Zone Tax & Accounting
Recognizing, exploring and bringing to the attention of management, opportunities and areas for future company development
Being conscious that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects on CZ T&A and that competitive advantage, if it is to be achieved, is derived from the attitude and performance of every person within the business.
