Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

As the Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.

The primary focus will be on promoting our business a diverse range of clients, including interior designers, architects, furniture retailers, and upscale residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential markets and target customers for high-end tables. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and establish a strong presence in the industry.
Build and nurture client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including interior designers, architects, and furniture retailers. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide customized solutions.
Develop sales and marketing strategies: Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our high-end tables. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, participate in industry trade shows and events, and leverage digital marketing channels.
Expand distribution network: Identify potential distribution partners and dealerships to expand the reach of our high-end tables. Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring proper representation and brand positioning.
Provide product expertise and consultation: Become an expert in our products and be able to articulate their unique features, craftsmanship, and value proposition. Advise clients on product selection, customization options, and provide recommendations based on their specific needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience. Coordinate with the design team to develop new table designs and customization options.
Sales forecasting and reporting: Track and analyze sales data, prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide accurate sales forecasts to aid in production planning and inventory management.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experiences :

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the luxury furniture or home decor industry.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong network and existing relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as interior designers, architects, and furniture retailers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value and craftsmanship of the business.
