Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote our managed services business and secure new clients in Abu Dhabi. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and offering tailored managed service solutions to address their IT challenges. Your goal will be to establish long-term relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential SMB clients in Abu Dhabi and gather insights on their IT setup, challenges, and needs.
Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders within SMBs to understand their IT requirements and pain points.
Present our range of managed service solutions, highlighting how they can bridge the gaps and improve their IT infrastructure.
Tailor proposals and pricing models to meet the specific needs of potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Lead negotiations, and contract discussions, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts, to develop customized solutions and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as their trusted advisor.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to align business development activities with overall company objectives
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the IT services industry or managed services domain.
Strong understanding of the IT needs and challenges faced by SMBs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to identify client requirements and propose customized solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's business landscape and an existing network of contacts in the region would be advantageous.
Knowledge of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other relevant IT services is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
