Business Development Executive duties, tasks, and responsibilities will be as follows:

Researching the market for potential business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential clients.
She/he should work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, & assist in closing the deals
Generate sales leads through tele-calling, site visits & online marketing activities.
Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries.
Keep a record of calls & sales & note useful information.
Maintain potential customer data & stay connected with the customers periodically.
Explain products/services

Telesales Executive Requirements:

Bachelors in Commerce B.Com or finance related field.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
Proven experience working as a Business Development executive.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Language:

Arabic and English
