JOB SCOPE:

Business Development Executive is responsible for the execution of the development & expansion activities of Plaza Premium Group’s Airport Hospitality services & facilities across the EMEA Region.

Business Development Executive will be responsible to ensure that all Business Development related activities are on track and updated. The role requires the Business Development Executive to be building and maintaining a solid pipeline of growth activities, both organically and inorganically. The Business Development Executive will support the Business Development Analyst, when required, to conduct market analysis and feasibility study of projects, assess the competition, advocate the necessary requirements for the project on hand, develop accurate Business Plans ahead of preparing and finalizing bid proposals and commercial proposals. The Business Development Executive will handle tender process end-to-end, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that a strong bid proposal is prepared for presentation. Following the award of the project, BD Executive will work alongside other departments to ensure all respective departments’ tasks are on track and will provide the Director of Business Development periodical project health status of development activities within the EMEA Region.

Projects include but not limited to Airport Lounge, Airline Lounge, Airport Meet & Greet, Airport Transit Hotel, Airport Dining, and Airport Loyalty Programs, Passenger Services, Wellness services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and delivering pitches and presentation to potential new clients.
Manage the tender preparation, write-up and delivery of proposals through professional presentations and closing business deals by complying with requirements and upholding Plaza Premium Group highest quality standards
Partner with local teams to review and oversee the development of tender proposals on business opportunities. Account management.
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
Managing virtual and in person meetings
Control and coordinate all activities post project awards to ensure all respective departments are complying with the pre-opening tasks, and project completion/quality/cost is not compromised.
Consolidate and review business development tender management initiatives across all Plaza Premium Group EMEA Region
Support the consolidation and review all key input information in the financial modelling for the projects undertaken; and present business feasibility study for undertaking any new project. In collaboration with the Business Development Analyst and Finance team, develop a business proposal with P&L considerations and present to the Business Development Director EMEA for approval.
Handle Leases and related Agreements commercial review & signing
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree holder with at least 4 years’ relevant experience and a strong background in business analysis, aviation knowledge, sales & marketing
Commercial real-estate development and airport leasing experience is preferred
Based in Dubai
Experience working on international business projects
Commercial driven with strong business acumen and an analytical mind
Powerful sense of responsibility, organized and inquisitive
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong experience in contract negotiation (i.e lease agreement / joint venture agreement/ management agreements)
Team player, energetic and able to communicate well with various stakeholders
Strong background in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications
Excellent command of Professional spoken and written English
Willing to travel for business when necessary
