Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

Nexus Group has been operating in the UAE since 2016 and with the vision of becoming a one-stop solution for all property needs. We have recently diverged into the business of interior designing and fit-outs. Here is an opportunity for talented and passionate individuals to promote the interiors business division to the wide array of potential clients within the market and nurture the existing client base that we hold.

Responsibilities

Work outdoors and be in a client facing role (B2C).
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in the market
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Developing rapport with key decision makers
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry
Display of creative and aesthetic sense would be a benefit
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing with demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
A good understanding of Microsoft Office
