Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

Select is a lifestyle membership company in UAE, specialized in digital memberships that grant users access to five-star recreational facilities across the country. With a product that is very beneficial to users across B2C and B2B markets, we are looking for a business development executive to join the team and help get our product into the lives of our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, and exposure to the UAE hospitality scene. They should be confident with building new client relationships, making cold calls, and planning/implementing creative ways to communicate with leads. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Have a very high uptime of communicating with leads (largely over calls)
Clearly communicate product benefits on calls and emails
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market selling strategies and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Record and document progress, lead status, and sales stage

Qualifications

Extensive experience in full sales cycle
Extensive experience in over-the-phone sales
Experience in business development for luxury products/services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Native/Fluent English
CRM experience is preferred
Hospitality/Lifestyle Product exposure is preferred
References are a requirement
