The Opportunity – Business Development Executive – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
The Business Development Executive will be responsible to explore the market for new BD opportunities and create prospecting target list. The person should be capable of finding new strategies to attract new customers and boosting the business of the organization. The person should be able to understand the needs of customer and provide services as per requirement. Moreover, He/she will manage RFT/RFQ/BIDS across UAE, assess the SOW, create technical and commercial proposals, and monitor tendering process and engage the required stake holders as needed within the required timelines. Converting cold calls into sales meetings is key to this role.
Your Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business development focused role
Proven experience of handling RFT/RFQ/BIDS and Tendering process
Proven experience of working on advance systems such as Salesforce, MS Office 365.
Your Qualifications & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Working experience in the UAE / GCC advantageous
Environmental Services / Waste Management industry knowledge in advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu is advantageous)
UAE Driving licence required
