Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

The business development executive role will include the following roles:

- Generate client leads to rent a property
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters
- Liaise between the homeowner, broker, agent, and organization
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction
- Maintain your real estate knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields.
- Good knowledge of the properties and developments in Dubai.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
- Bilingual/Multilingual is an added advantage
