Business Development Executive Required in Dubai

The Business Development Executive role is focused on generating new business and product growth to expand the corporate division.

We have a suite of products to enable businesses to reward and recognize employees/members and to engage in promotions. Tools include solutions based on closed and open-loop gift cards. The role requires the development and management of a significant prospect list, converting to new business in line with budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

For each corporate partner the Business Development Executive is responsible for the following:

Creating and managing an active prospect list
Signing agreements with new customers
Creating proposals
Identifying new product and service opportunities and contributing to strategic projects
Liaison with internal stakeholders such as sales, IT, Implementations, Operations, Finance etc
Working inclusively with the Operations team
Developing a good knowledge of our products and services
Ensuring that you are aware and familiar with all policies and procedures.
Following all organization policies and procedures including Security and Quality.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Business Development, B2B Sales Manager, or similar role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competent in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Comfortable with remote working. Proven ability to acquire new accounts under remote working conditions will be an added advantage.
