Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with all Real estate market and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Generating leads through various sources offered by the company.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
Attending client meeting and making closures with the help of our integrated system
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Field sales experience.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying client needs.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindu
