We are seeking a proactive professional to join our Dubai team to enhance our client base and strengthen business networks in the UAE.
Role:
This position is ideal for an energetic, network-oriented professional who thrives on building strong business relationships and driving client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build, maintain, and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagements.
• Collaborate with partners to prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Represent TKC at networking events, business forums, and professional associations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, tracking leads through the business development cycle.
• Act as the liaison between clients and the firm’s service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support branding and visibility initiatives for TKC in Dubai.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or professional services (audit, consulting, legal, financial services preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to network effectively with business associations, chambers, and corporate clients.
• Familiarity with the UAE corporate, compliance, or financial services landscape is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a growing firm environment.
