Position: Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, highly driven individual, who will help:

● Increase the occupancy of rental units in Sharjah using different marketing/sales strategies, including (but not limited to):

○ Conducting research on the property market and competitors

○ Managing the website

○ Posting online listings on property portals and social media

○ Creating marketing materials

○ Generating leads through word-of-mouth and other sources

○ Managing a sales database

● Improve tenant retention by building a strategic relationship with tenants and handling complaints in a timely manner

● Drive the expansion of property management services

● Lead on the technical development and marketing of a guest management project

Requirements:

● Knowledge of property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut and Propspace

● Proficient with website management and social media channels

● Experienced in IT Project Management or UI/UX design

● Strong with Email Correspondence, WhatsApp, and other forms of correspondence

● Well-informed of the real estate market in the UAE

● Bachelor's degree in a related field

● 2 + years' relevant work experience in the real estate sector

● Excellent negotiation skills
