THE ROLE
KinderPass is looking for a passionate, driven and efficient Sales Associate to bring in new customers and demonstrate the features and benefits of our platform. The ideal candidate should be excited about speaking to potential customers, have strong communication skills, support the sales process and customer engagement, and be comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done. Being passionate about technology, education and growth is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand the KinderPass platform, its value proposition and be able to communicate it effectively to customers
2. Manage a full sales cycle - from calling leads, prospecting, negotiating and closing through telephone, email and social media outreach
3. Track your progress and activities through our CRM/project management tools
4. Prioritize and organize your customer pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
5 Provide online demos that show the benefits of our platform
6. Ensure leads and customers have an excellent experience with KinderPass
7. Provide customer feedback to the product team and assist with marketing activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields or equivalent experience required
2. 2+ years in a Sales, Customer Success, Relationship 3. Management, Account Management, or similar role
4. Friendly and positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
5. A self-starter and a fast learner who is ready to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
6. Detail-oriented and excited to own the complete sales process
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to work independently and problem solve proactively
9. Prior experience in SaaS, edtech or education a plus
