As a Business Consultant, you will be part of the Consulting Services Team who's diverse and distributed across the region. In this role you will assist project teams in delivering on a wide range of projects including, business process management and re-engineering, performance management, digital transformation, and business performance improvement engagements across different areas and industries.

Location: UAE

Responsibilities:

Provide support for back-office operation and clients on premises within performance management and Cubes system implementation projects
Provide support and back-office operation within business process management projects utilizing ARIS BPM Tool
Conduct research and background studies to assist the consulting team in the delivery of projects
Assist in development of presentations
Learn business process management and performance management methodologies
Conduct process migration into ARIS Business Designer based on client documentation or feedback from Senior Consultants
Apply changes, formats and templates to existing ARIS models
Attend client meetings with the Senior Consultants and/or Managers and assist in the workshops including preparation of notes
Format and develop presentations according to company guidelines
Conduct desktop research on multiple subjects depending on project needs and requirements
Implement TSME’s performance management solution “Cubes”
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Cubes system
Define initiative, projects and milestones within the Cubes system
Work with the handling excel uploader templates within Cubes implementation projects
Create dashboards within Cubes
Link the defined KPIs as per business requirements
Define classifications according to customer requirements
Perform miscellaneous project/work related duties as assigned

Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s degree - Industrial Engineering or any related field, MBA preferred.
1-2 years of professional experience within the field of management consulting
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
Punctual in meeting project deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Logical thinker
Excellent attention to details
Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues, and clients

Travel: 25% to our Branches in the region as well as attending regional & global workshops and meetings
