Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BA activity of assigned initiatives, achieving clear scope from cross-functional Teams (Business, Support Functions and Technical Teams)
Plan and monitor BA approach, engage stakeholders, gather requirements, analyse and document
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Develop, manage and maintain trusted working relationships with stakeholders
Ability to communicate clearly at all levels including business and technical teams
Manage end to end Projects, including requirement gathering, development, UAT, deployment and support

Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree
Desirable: 2 to 3 years of experience with Banking Products and/or Banking MIS Knowledge
Preferably with ACCA qualification
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
