Business Analyst – Healthcare - Dubai

Experience: Minimum 3 years in business analysis
Notice Period: Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR, HIS, and Claims systems
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus
• Collaborate effectively with clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
