About the Role
As a Brand and Guest Experience Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting business growth. No prior experience is required -just strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for hospitality and branding.
What You'll Do
• Assist in guest communications and bookings.
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
• Support brand-building activities and social engagement.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement guest experience strategies.
• Find new apartments to scale up the business.
What We're Looking For
• A fresh graduate or newcomer to Dubai eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).
• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Interest in hospitality, branding, and customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of guest services is a plus, but not required.
