Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. As a Bike Rider, you will be responsible for making timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. Daily tasks include safely navigating the city to deliver packages, ensuring the care and condition of packages during transit, maintaining the bike in good condition, and providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues. You will also be responsible for following the assigned routes and schedules provided by the management team.

Qualifications

Valid UAE bike riding license
Knowledge of Dubai's road network and routes
Basic communication skills in English
Ability to handle packages of various sizes and weights
Dependability and punctuality
Good physical stamina and fitness levels
