About the Role:
As a Bartender / Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and ensuring every guest enjoys a premium experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bar and coffee area at all times.
• Follow restaurant beverage recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service to all guests.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
• Assist in managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Bartender or Barista within the UAE is required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
