Barista - Dubai

We’re hiring! Medina Coffee Company is looking for a full-time Barista based in Dubai who has a genuine love for Arabic coffee and the traditions behind it. You’ll be the face of our cafe—preparing authentic Arabic brews, serving guests with warmth, and helping deliver a consistently high-quality coffee experience with a modern touch.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on barista experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred to serve a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively during busy service periods.
• Friendly, reliable, and a genuine team player who supports colleagues and promotes a positive work environment.
