Banking Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Banking Manager to work collaboratively with the IFZA Team and Professional Partners to support opening of corporate bank accounts in different banks.

The role is managing IFZA Money (IFZA’s banking solutions), the relationship with IFZA’s Banking Partners and IFZA clients as well as the account opening process of our clients.

The ideal candidate must understand the requirements of banks with regards to the opening of corporate bank accounts for IFZA clients as well as increase the knowledge and competence of IFZA in all banking-related issues.

In addition, the candidate shall also manage IFZA Life (IFZA’s insurance solutions).

Key Accountabilities:

Provide fast and efficient assistance to IFZA clients with bank account opening;
Maintain effective relationships with existent IFZA banking and insurance partners as well as acquire new ones;
Maintain relationship with IFZA clients to understand their business banking and insurance needs;
Manage the onboarding process for banking and insurance products for our IFZA clients together with the bank and insurance employees being placed at IFZA’s office;
Assist the clients in finding solutions to banking and insurance-related issues;
Conduct formal face-to-face meetings and follow up with the clients and entities in a timely manner and in line with organizational standards and timelines;
Effectively manage the expectations of IFZA clients, overcoming obstacles and solving complications related to bank account opening and insurance onboarding;
Conducting independent research on relevant new regulations, products and services.

Skills and Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of banking experience in relationship management;
Knowledge of corporate banking products, bank compliance, AML regulations, operational policies and procedures in the UAE;
Experience in the insurance sector is a plus;
Excellent communication skills on bank and insurance management level and with IFZA clients;
Excellent English, knowledge of other European languages will be a plus;
The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring IFZA reputation and integrity is maintained;
MS Office proficiency;
Bachelor’s Degree related to a business field such as Accounting, Commerce and Economics. Master’s degree in economics, business studies (MBA), or a relevant business discipline a plus;
Able to work independently.
