Job Title: Audit Associate (Review Team)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (including home country), with at least 1 year UAE experience
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3–4 accountants and overseeing the review of client accounting files. This role requires excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume portfolios efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 accountants
• Review and ensure accuracy of clients' accounting files
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications
• Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports for clients
• Manage and review accounting work for 100+ clients
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience in accounting/audit, including at least 1 year in the UAE
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and reporting requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Qualifications:
CA Inter / ACCA (Fully or Partly Qualified) / CMA (Fully or Partly Qualified) / CPA (Fully or Partly Qualified)
