What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist in managing project communications, scheduling, and deliverables from various teams
• Coordinate activities for the timely and budget-compliant completion of projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring client satisfaction
• Monitor project status, including cost, timing, and staffing
• Provide administrative support to project team members and facilitate communication among stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Associates/Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related professional experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
• Knowledge of commercial construction trades and audio/video systems desired
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• AVIXA CTS certification (to be obtained within the first year of employment)
• Familiarity with low-voltage electrical projects
• Good people skills and a natural leadership ability
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical and people-related problems
• Ability to effectively manage expectations and prioritize tasks
