We are looking for a multi-disciplined Associate creative director to join our fast-paced agency. Your key skills must include, creative direction, team leadership, advertising, art direction, illustration, design, and copywriting.

An ambitious individual who wants to create a legacy through their ideas and creative direction.
As ACD, we require you to come up with big ideas for all mediums. Killer scripts for AV, social media, and exciting print campaigns KVs. An ideal candidate should have a passion for turning their ideas and executing them across all mediums. You should be able to articulate your choices and direction.
Your concepts must be able to support and answer client briefs, both visually and through their copy. As part of your role, you must be able to multitask across various projects and inspire your creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize the idea and show how it executes across all forms of media
Exceptional presentation skills. Provide a rationale for your concept direction and kickstart the art direction and design across all platforms
Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client. Both visually and through the copy
Present your concept its rationale by creating solid pitch decks in line with client expectations
Articulate and present your directional choices
Should be able to take feedback and push yourself to offer new ideas
Introduce best practices that meet the ever-evolving creative standards
Develop or direct to deliver high caliber creative work
Inspire your team with fresh and modern ideas
Write and produce grammatically clean, long-form, and short-form copy across multiple channels
Work with teams across the board, in particular, account managers and planners to ensure creative concepts, tactics, and copy tone are on brand, strategically sound, on time, and meet the creative brief
Interact with the client and account management team to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy and the market in which it is competing
Take ownership and be accountable for your work
Evaluating and, if necessary, altering, the content of projects before completion
Participate in new pitches
Requirements
8 -10 years of experience in an advertising or digital creative agency
Excellent presentation and communication skills across the board, both internally and externally
Experience in managing creative teams and leading the creative process
Ability to plan, prioritize and align resources to deliver tasks on time and strategy.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
Strong background in how a brand story is communicated across all platforms
Understanding the difference between different platforms and their aesthetic differences
First-hand knowledge and understanding of communication and media beyond the usual channels of film and print
Understanding of brand, product, media channels, and how people interact with each of them
Team-building skills
Experience in working on award-winning campaigns across platforms
A resourceful candidate who is an experienced problem solver
Strong sense of how marketing communication should be implemented
Enjoy and love what you do
Awareness of emerging trends in relevant technologies
Experience in building and hiring creative teams
