Assistant Service Manager - Arabic speaker

The role of the Assistant Service Manager is to provide support to the service advisors and service manager as directed. The Assistant Service Manager is a customer facing individual that focuses on the highest levels of customer service and ensures the staff exceeds customer expectations by meeting promise times, proper communication.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures proper repair order documentation, i.e., complaint, cause, and correction noted on every repair order with punch time for each operation.
Maintains timely and professional contact with customers
Maintains an organized and up-to-date repair log
Provides support in technical questions for the service advisors
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
Deals directly with all customer come backs, and ensures proper attention and level of customer satisfaction to meet the customer’s needs
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service
Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
College or University degree in Automotive engineering
Must be Arabic Speaker
Minimum 5 years prior experience
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
General mechanical knowledge
Valid UAE driver’s license
