Homes 4 Life Real Estate is looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Director (ASD) to join our Secondary Market division in Dubai.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in Dubai’s secondary real estate market who can bring, manage, and develop a strong sales team.

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Dubai’s Secondary Real Estate Market.

✅ Proven experience in leading, coaching, and managing a real estate sales team.

✅ Strong track record in property sales, negotiations, and closing deals.

✅ Excellent knowledge of Dubai communities, ready properties, and current market trends.

✅ Must have an existing team of at least 5 agents experienced Property Consultants — this is a mandatory requirement.

✅ Strong ability to drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
