Assistant Manager Required in Dubai

I’m looking for someone to help me manage my businesses and projects.

I offer complete flexibility of working hours.
I run a number of very diverse businesses and want to grow and professionalize them. The person I am looking for should grow together with me and the businesses that we manage.

Here the tasks that should be handled.
This list is definitely incomplete ;-)

Admin: record keeping, estimates, invoices, orders, appointment scheduling and so on

Marketing: order follow up, estimate follow up, customer enquirers, customer follow up, online posts, checking of social media accounts, updating social media accounts

Management: managing and organizing people to complete tasks, communication between different service providers and suppliers.

The person should be:
A honest person
A nice person
Open to new ideas
Motivated to life a better live and work for it.
Diligent/Conscientious
Able to talk to customers confidently
Self organized
Able to learn new skills
Basic knowledge and skill to create social media posts (photo editing, use of #, composing of text…)

BBQ grill cleaning
Automotive consulting
Real estate management
