Role: Assistant Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Financial Accounting & Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Prepare and verify journal vouchers; ensure reconciliations and timely financial closures.
• Consolidate financial statements, analyze variances, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Oversee CAPEX procurement, maintain accurate fixed asset records, and ensure timely capitalization.
• Partner with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial policies and drive performance.
• Collaborate across departments, participate in audits, and contribute to the annual budget.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Currently based in the UAE.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setup is essential.
• MBA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems.
