Assistant IT Manager Required in Dubai

Job responsibilities & Duties:

Ensures alignment of IT strategy with business requirements and the selection of technology platforms.
Maintains IT policies, procedures, and standards to govern, and guide operations, and always ensure proper implementation.
Infrastructure yearly budget forecast planning.
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
Perform year end processing and define new financial year at every year end.
Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments.
Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and rectifying them.
Manages the purchase of all software, hardware and other IT supplies, and ensure they are maintained responsibly.
Ensuring data security, network access and backup systems.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure ,VLANs, IT security, call center management, VOIP & Advanced Encryption Standards.
Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as PHP, .net with Backend Oracle or SQL Server or MSQL.
Knowledge in SMS and payment gateway portals administration.
Knowledge in SAP or Other ERP(E-Travel/ Flotilla / Navision ) is Preferable.
