Hiring Assistant HR Manager (Factory experience is compulsory)
Location: United Arab Emirates
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing unit
• Proven experience in managing a team of 2 or more HR professionals
• Strong exposure to HR operations, performance management, and training management
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ISO-certified companies
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel between Emirates
• Experience handling and coordinating with 150+ blue-collar workers in a factory environment within the UAE is essential
