Assistant Facility Manager REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Will be responsible and manage teams in-charge of Housekeeping Staffs, Soft Services Staffs, Security Supervisors, Security Guards, MEP Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and Plumbers etc. hired directly and through contractors and monitor their work assignments. Manpower responsibility will include both direct and contract staff at site right from identifying requirements, sourcing, work assignment/deputation, attendance & leave, discipline & grievance handling, training and performance evaluation.
To organize and Manage the day to day operations covering the following areas:

• Soft Services and Security Services – Quality of Service, Safe work practices and Customer satisfaction
• Vendor Management
• Manpower Management
• Fleet Management
• Staff Accommodation Management / Coordination
• MIS and Reporting
• Cost Control
