As you become part of the association in the position of Assistant Accountant, you will take ownership of

handling the overall financial-related tasks that come under the ESA. In addition, you will have the

opportunity to provide assistance to members not limited to the Middle East region and will strongly

involve in various activities led by the association.

Areas of focus

Manage the daily upkeep of the books.
Responsible for invoices and receipts issuance for payments.
Proactively handle membership fees and liaise with all the relevant stakeholders.
Cultivate sustainable relationships and potential sponsors.
Act as the focal point of the members queries, able to address concerns professionally related to
finance.
Support the admin in handling various requirements (operations pertaining to day-to-day tasks).
Complying with regulations and procedures

Your professional skills

Relevant education in Finance or similar
Minimum 1 year of experience from a similar position
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, and Tally software
Fluent in both written and verbal English and other language is advantage

Strong analytical mind-set
Proactive and solution-oriented
Pragmatic with a practical approach
Strong communicator at all organisational levels
