Assistant Accountant Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Manage tax compliance and all tax related matters
Assist in handling full set of accounts, including A/R, A/P and other daily accounting functions.
Assist in month-end closings, accounts reconciliation and prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
Assist for project cost analysis
Assist for periodic reports for Middle East
Assist in preparing audit schedules and provide support to external audit
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

Degree holder in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Qualified membership of professional accounting bodies an added advantage
Minimum 2 years working experience with audit and tax experience is preferable
Well versed with Microsoft Excel and Word
Independent, Self-initiative and able to work under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work overtime as and when required
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
