Area Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

1. Store visit schedule with daily plan to be shared with Sales Manager

2. Provide a comprehensive action plan toward low performing store and staff to keep improving sales performance

3. Prioritizing the key performing stores (A Stores) to maintain good performance and target achievement

4. Suggesting an action plan for B and C stores to secure target and Qty achievement

5. Push the “C Stores” for maximum products liquidation and provide an action plan to be driven by qty with achievement on daily basis

6. Daily store Visit plan must to be constructive with proper time spending at each door to cover all store area as such;

· Overall housekeeping standards especially window glass, products and props,

· Display, poster and distribution plan to ensure store commerciality

· VM Standards is followed as per company guideline

· Addressing the KPI’s and sales performance (Store and individual) with SM/Staff and make an action to elevation

· Back store standards and its arrangement by style and size wise and as per civile defence standards

· Transfer in/out status, and ensure no pending transfers on daily basis

· Cash counter/POS standards as per company guideline

· Daily cash handling/store opening and closing/admin work/ reports to be follow as per company policy

· Checking the staff Hygienic/Uniform/Name badge

· Store schedule and mall timing

· Collecting customer and competitor feedback and prepare action to meet expectations

· Mall activities and marketing requirement to drive customer in

· Any other business concerns to be addressed

7. Provide training to SM and store team about:

· Customer service (Soft Skills, Meet and greet)

· Products knowledge, feature and benefits

· Selling technics like Add-on sales, Up Selling

· How to drive KPI’s and what is the focus for each store manager to keep with target achievement

Qualifications

1. UAE Retail Experience is necessary.

2. With excellent interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill, and managerial qualities.

3. Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
