Area Sales Executive Required in Dubai

Rapidrop is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Area Sales Executive to support our continued growth across the Middle East.
Based in Sharjah and reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development – Middle East, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, contractors and other key industry stakeholders across the region.
This is a proactive, customer-facing role with plenty of opportunity to identify new business, develop existing accounts and increase Rapidrop’s presence across Middle East markets.
What you will be doing:
Developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers, distributors and partners
Identifying and securing new sales and business development opportunities
Managing and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region
Building relationships with consultants, contractors and specifiers to support project and specification opportunities
Monitoring market activity, customer requirements and competitor developments
Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Representing Rapidrop at customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars and industry events
Travelling regularly throughout the Middle East to develop relationships and commercial opportunities

What we are looking for:
Proven experience within a proactive sales or business development role
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Experience working within or across Middle East markets is highly desirable
Experience managing distributors, partners or key accounts would be advantageous
Confident managing sales opportunities and pipelines within a CRM environment
Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial skills
Fluent written and spoken English
An additional language relevant to the Middle East would be an advantage
Experience within manufacturing, technical products or fire protection would be advantageous
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Middle East
