Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Arabic Language Teacher Trainer based in Dubai, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include planning and delivering training sessions for aspiring Arabic language teachers, designing effective lesson plans, mentoring trainees, and staying updated on the latest teaching methodologies. The Trainer will also provide guidance and support in pedagogical practices to improve teaching outcomes and ensure high standards in language education.

Qualifications

Expertise in Language Teaching, Teaching, and Arabic Education.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.
Strong foundation in Arabic Literature and linguistic concepts.
Effective communication and mentoring skills to guide and inspire teacher trainees.
Prior experience in teacher training, educational leadership, or language program development is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Arabic Language, or a related field; a professional teaching qualification or certification is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, including both in-person and remote settings.
