This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with hands-on experience in aluminium and glass facade systems, capable of providing accurate cost estimations and supporting project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and quantity take-offs for aluminium and glass facade projects.
• Ensure accurate cost management and project budgeting.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide estimation support and recommendations.
• Present findings and estimations clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and records of estimation processes.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in aluminium and glass estimation.
• Strong understanding of cost management and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Orgadata (LogiKal) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
