Administrator / Course Coordinator - Dubai

We are looking for an organized, outgoing Administrator / Course Coordinator to join a busy, multicultural learning centre. The role requires strong bilingual communication (English & Arabic) and a hands-on approach to day-to-day course administration, student relations and sales-conversion activities. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage course schedules, timetables and classroom allocations.
• Handle student enquiries, registrations and enrollment procedures.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents by phone, email and in person.
• Support marketing efforts to promote programs and increase enrollments.
• Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed enrollments (role includes commission-based incentives).
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs and administrative paperwork.
• Assist with daily operational tasks to keep the centre running smoothly.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Arabic (Chinese is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or sales is preferred.
• Friendly, proactive and highly organised personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable using basic office software and maintaining records.
Work Schedule:
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday off, Sunday working
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month.
