Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations of the office.
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
Supporting all Operation and HR department.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Devising and maintaining office systems, organizing and maintaining data, files & records.
Organize and maintain diaries, plan and schedule meetings & appointments.
Alerts staffs/managers about cancellation or new meetings.
Prepare and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
Making travel bookings and guest arrangements
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be pick up.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the BM.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
Attend, compile and distribute minutes of meetings
Any other task assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be well versed in computer applications and relevant Software.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
