Administrative Accounting Required in Dubai

We are seeking a highly organized and talented Accountant Administrator for the Finance Department who will be assisting the Senior Accountant in accounts payables, payroll, and accounts receivables. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of retail experience in a similar role

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and Manage fund accounting operations on a daily basis
Generate routine financial reports for management and clients
Work with Auditors to execute annual financial audits
Prepare ad-Hoc financial statement to Directors when needed
Calculate capital gain, post accruals, and prepare divided notices on a monthly basis
Manage cash flow and expenses on a daily basis
Analyze fund requirements and deposit funds appropriately
Maintain accurate records of all fund transactions
Respond to month-end account closings and reconciliations
Analyze funding issues and suggest corrective actions
Review audit documents and financial statements for any discrepancies
Follow company policies and procedures for smooth operations
Assist in new fund start-up activities and review expense budget for new funds
Monitor cash loaning and returning programs on a daily basis
Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliations
Assist in payroll, cost accounting or other disciplines within the accounting department.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

● 3-4 years of experience in UAE

● Preferred Female Filipino

● Proficient in MS Excel with sound understanding of commercial agreements and basic understanding of Accounting Principles

● Attention to detail

● Ability to multitask

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

● AED 3,000 - 3,500 monthly.
